We accept payment via Venmo, PayPal, Zelle, and Cash.

Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled session if you need to cancel or reschedule.

Non-package sessions cancelled within the 24-hour period incur a $20 flat fee; the remainder of your payment will be refunded.

Sessions that are part of a package may be rescheduled without a fee.

We work with dogs regardless of spay/neuter status. However, we do not train with dogs that are in heat.

Our trainers work with dogs of all ages and must consider the safety of all clients. Before meeting in-person, we require proof of vaccination for each dog present at training.

If your dog is unvaccinated or is too young to be fully vaccinated, training must happen in the privacy of your home to reduce the potential spread of disease in public spaces.

If your dog has a bite history, we require a consultation before booking sessions. Depending on the situation, we may be the right trainers, or we may refer you to other local experts in aggressive behavior.

Single training sessions are non-refundable.

Packages are refundable. The number of completed training sessions will be subtracted from the refund total. There is a $20 flat refund fee for any and all refunds that will be subtracted from the total refund amount.
